Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the MeJuvenate website (mejuvenat.co.uk) and purchasing any products from MeJuvenate Health. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn’t use our website or services.
1. Introduction and Who We Are
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MeJuvenate website and any purchases you make from MeJuvenate Health. MeJuvenate is a trading name of MeJuvenate Health, a company registered in the UK.
2. Our Products
MeJuvenate Health offers a range of supplements. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and information, please understand that:
- Our products are food supplements and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medications.
- Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order
You can place an order by following the instructions on our website. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the products, which we may accept or reject.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We aim to ensure all pricing information on our website is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Product availability is subject to stock. If a product you ordered isn’t available, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
Payment
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We don’t store your full payment card details. By submitting your order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details. This email is an acknowledgment that we’ve received your order and doesn’t constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and MeJuvenate Health for the purchase of the goods will only be formed when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas and Costs
We ship to addresses within the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and aren’t guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control, such as those caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk and Title
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any products are damaged or missing, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of damage.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This “cooling-off period” starts from the day you receive your products.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to hello@mejuvenat.co.uk). If you cancel, you must return the products to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. You’ll be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.
Condition of Returned Products
We can make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. For hygiene and safety reasons, we typically cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplement products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned products or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products. We will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of standard delivery (but not enhanced delivery if you chose that option). Refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Faulty Products
If a product you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will comply with our legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods, which may include offering a repair, replacement, or refund.
